Douglas Private Care Services (DPCS) offers training online 24 Hours a day for each Douglas Services team member to view. Employees will be tested following the completion of each training course offered to test retention of the material covered. A minimum of 16 hours of training per year is required by every DPCS team member. Please contact the staff development coordinator/QA for more information.
